I was in foster care for 2 years and I am adopted . And well in order for you to get adopted you would have to had been in foster care meaning child services took you away for numerous reasons such as somebody calls on your parents,your parents are abusive in any way. Now depending on how old you are you can file for emancipation of a minor but you would need your parents consent and you would have to go through a court process to determine whether or not you will become an illegalized adult. I'm almost positive you need parental consent unless there's something happening within the house that's illegal. I don't know anything else about it; you should probably talk to the person/people who would like to adopt you. Even if you don't, if things are that bad at your home, you should probably talk to an adult about the situation.
