Add in calorie-dense foods - put stuff like avocado on sandwiches, white bread instead of wholemeal, opt for creamy pastas and stuff like that when eating out, beans and
Have full-fat dairy instead of the low-fat options, if you don't already
Have snacks to pick at while you're doing homework or watching TV - stuff like chips (crisps) or crackers & dip, pretzels, candy, chocolate, nuts if you aren't allergic, etc.
Eat often - have snacks throughout the day.
Do muscle workouts - weights, squats, lunges, sit-ups and that sort of thing help increase muscle which in turn causes your weight to rise.
Eat more protein - eggs, nuts, meat, tofu, fish, cheese, beans, all that kind of thing has a good amount of protein in it.
It might help to work out your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) to determine how many calories you need to be eating to maintain/gain weight and proceeding to eat the necessary amount with calorie counting.
Get lazy! Minimise the amount of calories you expend by spending time curled up on the couch in front of the tv or on the internet.
