I was listening to the last podcast on the left. I wouldn't recommend it, because it's very vulgar. And most of the time they're either talking about or serial killers. If that doesn't bother you, go ahead. XD

Yeah, I did some research and 15 minutes of laughing is the same as 30 minutes of sit-ups. So... I went with the laughing.

Just find something that makes you laugh super hard, like the
"Okay seriously stop I can't breath anymore" laugh.
I say a week but idk it was more like 2

It sucked for me cuz I was listening around like 11pm when everyone was asleep and I got grounded for keeping everyone up XD
