When a band changes - either they change their sound, a member
leaves, or even break apart - it is good. It is all good. ALL is
good. Yup. You can be upset, you can be proud, you can be
disappointed. But if you whine about any of those things, I'm
telling you, you are basically devaluing their journey making
music. These bands, these people, they grow up, they learn, they
experience and all that is represented in their music - in
themselves. Changes are brought on by growing up. If you want to
stay the same, go ahead, but don't tell others whether they
should or should not.
plus, whining about a band is so 2006
but i guess you probably weren't there to actually know that
sucks to be you sometimes

This.
Like, my favourite band (yes, the Jonas Brothers, don't tease me ugh) is going through SOMETHING (we dk what, they actually haven't made any announcements, they've just cancelled the tour and deleted the band twitter), but there are so many fans being awful and blaming different band members and harassing their friends and attacking the boys. It's really immature and cruel. The boys wouldn't be doing this if there wasn't something majorly wrong - they aren't the type to just leave the fans hanging without answers usually.
It's supposedly a personal problem too, so if it comes down to it, I'd much prefer that Nick, Joe & Kevin gave up the band and maintained their close relationship as brothers. So many fans are fighting for them to remain a band no matter the cost though, and it's sickening.
