repeat this workout twice a day, everyday for 2 weeks to drop 10 pounds!


100 crunches to "Give Me Love" by Ed Sheeran
90 jumping jacks to "Here We Go Again" by Demi Lovato
80 lunges to "22" by Taylor Swift
70 squats to "Blurred Lines" by Robin Thicke
60 seconds running, 50 seconds plank, and 40 jumping jacks to "My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark" by Fallout Boy
30 squats to "Suit and Tie" by Justin Timberlake
20 high knees and 10 push ups to "I Would" by One Direction

(You don't have to use these songs, but they're the ones I use and I think they work pretty well. Just suggestions. I'm a competition dancer, and this was reccommended by one of coaches and a few of my friends. What I do is I do this for two weeks straight, which will usually make me lose 8-10 pounds. I then take off a month or so, just to make sure that I don't overdo it. There is such a thing as losing too much weight, so please be responsible and don't do it too much.
