Witty Bootcamp

How it works:

1. You comment here what areas you're trying to work on and/or your weight&height (:

2. I will split you all into groups (group  yellow, red, etc, etc).

3. I will post daily exercises/tips for these groups, every day (obviously) for nine days (intensity will increase daily).

4. I will check in on you to ask how you're doing, motivaional quotes, etc.

Also, I'll be working out as well so you always have me to talk to as well as your group colleagues!

Girrrrl, you're beautiful and perfect the way you are. Weight is just a number. It shouldn't describe who you are! I would accept you just the way you are :)

GORGEOUS, It's NOT about how much you weight! Weight is B.S. I weight 137lbs/62kg, and I'm not really fat at all, and I find that I got to that weight when I started working out, and I'm reaching my GOAL weight. The scale takes you NOWHERE. It's about being happy with your body, NOT the number on the scale!

Aw you are so nice! It's true, I am very unhappy with my weight. I'm about 5 foot...like 144ish pounds. It varies a lot.

5'7, 141, 17 years old. I want a flat stomach, not boney. I also hate how big my thighs are! Am I the only one scrolling down and thinking wtf when you see how much everyone else weighs? Psh I'd be beyond happy being 5'6 and 114 like the girl below me :(

I could use some extra motivation.
I think I may be 104 lbs and 5'2".

I'm starting to feel abs coming in but I would like to continue working on them.
Also, I have yet to find a good butt-toning work out that actually works.
I wanna continue working my arms and legs too.
I guess that's about it :)
