They are only bad for the first few days. After like 3 days they get better every day. My brothers got them the day after me and theirs never even hurt. DON'T WORRY.

They don't hurt now unless I put pressure on them. It is still VERY hard to eat, but in the back of my mouth on my left side I have found that it doesn't hurt to chew there.

no they really dont. just take some advil before. its only really sore for about a week then you don't feeel a thing. honestly spacers were the worst part

you get them a week before you get your braces and they are these little elastics that they put in between your back teeth to try to spread them apart

They are just sore. They feel bruised. They don't hurt so bad that you want to kill someone. They are just annoying for a while. I just got them yesterday so I don't know how long they are going to hurt for. But some of my friends say that they didn't even hurt when they got them on though.
