Honestly I have no idea if I should say this or not.As we walked
in the woods there was an eeire silence that suffocated all
of us.Elli in her black hoodie looked blood thirsty and wanting
to take revenge on someone.I glanced nervously at Kevin then
hoped that she didn't take her anger on us.Something made me
wonder on why Elli had done that and does she do to it
everyone?Kevin's nervous glance made me hope that us ditching
was not noticed.
Elli coughed then said in the silence,"What class do you
have right now?"
I spoke up."Defense with Dark Magic."
"Well your salsa was a very good way of defending of
yourself."Elli said as Kevin beamed.
"It was my idea Elli and thanks."Kevin said as I stared
at him then stopped.
Elli added in,"I'll give you a late pass and don't
try ditching again?"
"We won't"I assured her as Kevin and I walked
to our class.I turned around to look at Elli to see her staring
at her phone with wide eyes and hurriedly walking away like there
was a fire or something.I shrugged it off but something made me
want to grab her phone and check to see what someone sent
her.

The school bell rang as I ran out the doors to see another car in
the place where my mom usually waited for me.The tinted windows
rolled down as fashionablly Abbey glanced at me with her big
Gucci sunglasses on.Her red lipstick was delicately put on as her
cheeks looked naturally red.
"Get in the car Avery."Abbey said looking very bored
and not wanting to be here.
"Why is my mom okay?"I asked.
Abbey made a sharp remark,"Get in the car!"
I scrambled in to sit next to Calista who looked casual like her
mom wore sultry colthing everyday.When I sat down I felt the
leather seats and the cold air conditioning.One glance at
Abbey's clothes made me reeling in sheer wonder.She had a
skin tight dress that barely covered her @ss and her bo/bs were
practically bursting out to pop.Calista tapped at her phone
furiously then put it away.
"Hey Calista was that your boyfriend Jake?"I asked.
"Oh yes I'm sleeping over at his house."Abbey
replied.
Abbey tersely added,"Don't be monkeying around
Calista."
"MOM!"Calista said her face turning bright red.
Instead of driving to Calista's house Abbey took me to the
hospital and said to no question anything.Everything was so
secretive and quiet as I wondered if anyone gave birth or died.I
hoped the mean witch lady who tries selling candy to the kids
dies because she was a pain in the @/s.
We headed towards a room that was completely white as I took a
deep breath smelling the antispetic.The clock ticked and it
seemed like Abbey was walking slowly.The doctor gave her a flirty
smile as she waved at him.Nurse glanced at us a little scared but
ready to take on any new patient in a flash.
Abbey took the covers off to reveal someone dead.
It was my mother.
Something inside of me crumpled up as I looked at her
forlornly.Calista grabbed my arm to keep me standing up as
Abbey's face became strained.Tears threatened to drop any
minute as the doctor started rubbing her back.As I glanced at him
I noticed his hand dropping to her hips.Anger boiled inside of me
and I couldn't control it.How dare he! How could he flirt
with Abbey in front of my mother!
In a minute I jumped on the doctor as I punched the living lights
out of him.His breath became whizzy as I squeezed his
throat.Nurse tried prying me off until a burly looking police
walked in and grabbed me.The nurses wheeled me to another room as
they gave me a shot.
One of the nurses went up to me and said,"Sleep tight
because when you wake up your world won't be controlled by
you but by me."
Dots danced in front of me as a gray fog slipped in.Someone
laughed in the distance as another voice low and throaty spoke
up.
"Beware Avery because you might have the same fate as your
mother."
