Tried to drown myself today
i figured everyones would be better that way
All i could feel was myself sinking
All i could hear was my heart beating
My demons toying with my head
Telling me peple would be happier if i was dead

I saw my life flash before my eyes
Colors and light in sheer suprise
I opened my mouth to scream in horror
The chlorin burning my throat was pure torture
I realeased my grip from the side of the pool
and the egde became my saving grace instead of a tool

My heart was beating hard in my chest
Taking in each slow panting breath
