Ok rant time. I hate it when people badmouth the music I listen to, and tell me I shouldn't listen to it.
~ First of all, give it a f.cking chance. If you've never even listened to them, you're in no position to criticize them. Especially if you say 'they look scary' or 'I hear they're not good.' No. Please don't judge them until you've actually heard them.
~ If you listen to them and don't like them, fine. That's perfectly ok. But you don't need
to act like a jerk about it. I don't complain about what you listen to. And please for the love of God, allow people to listen to whatever they want. You don't control what I listen to. Don't act like it, please.
~ DON'T MAKE SOMEONE FEEL BAD FOR WHAT THEY F.CKING LIKE. You don't know what that music has done for them. You have no idea how that band might have helped them through tough times. So don't make them feel like sh.t because you're not a fan.
~ If you respect my opinion, I'l respect yours.
