This is quite opinionated. My mum has gone on a healthy diet to loose weight because she was overweight. This means that she can't eat junk food, drink alcohol or coffee, and she has to regularly work out. On the weekend she's allowed to have a 'cheat day' where she can eat anything she likes. This helps her to balance things out, and to, in a way, 'tame' her cravings. It has helped her so much, she's so much happier and healthier. So, I don't know what your saying about having healthy diets and working out being bad, as it is different for different people. As long as you don't loose yourself mentally, I think you'd be completely fine.

But if you're eating healthily and working out, you're living a healthy lifestyle but you're OBSESSING about it, then that isn't healthy.

i'm obsessed with exerise and what i eat because i'm so self consious, it's not that bad really :/
