how do you change your back ground to a pic?HELP ME

There is standing background pic right? well go to google and look for a cool picture and than click on your left mouse thing and click on copy picture url or something[My pc is Dutch, idk how it stand in English] and if past that in the bar from background picture, Not all picture work!
