There's only so much you can do to cover up the
cracks, but when they do come through, you feel like no one
notices. But people do. It might just be that one person who
doesn't ask how you are. the boy on the baseball team or even
your best friend. Just because that one person doesn't notice
at the moment, other people do, so open yourself up for help
because there are people willing to give it to you.
