*Alarm Clock Goes Off*
"Mum! Do I have to go to school! It's 7am!" My mum
half asleep " Yes! You have just had summer break! I'll
drop you off, if that makes you feel any better!"
I roll over, trying to get back to sleep, hoping my mum
wouldn't notice.. All of a sudden i hear "WAKE UP!
IT'S 8:15!"
My eyes instantly open, school starts at 8:30! I rush to my
wardrobe, shove on my dark blue jeans, a cute DropDead shirt i
got last week and my blue Vans. Luckily i washed my hair last
night, with 10 minutes before school starts i just brushed it,
letting it fall wherever it wanted.
I grabbed my bag, got in the car and went to school, i live 5
minutes away so i should just make it!
As i rush through the school gates a piece of paper was on the
gate, guiding each year to a designated area. I had to rush
to the east building, mainly used for humanity classes. Majority
of people from my last form were in here. Mr Williams told us to
sit down and to take your new timetable, lunch card and other
school papers.
I glanced at my timetable, seeing if i still had drama, math
& ICT.. YES drama! YES triple math! WHAT!? one lesson a week
of ICT..!? I used to have it three times a week?! They better
have a good exuse for this.. Before I could even say a word about
it to Mr Williams, he told us all to make it to the rest of our
1st lesson.
Science.. Really? That's all the way in the science block,
Lab 2. I slowly walked to science, as i got nearer i noticed
loads of people standing outside the science block?
I saw my best friend Dylan, i rushed over and gave him a hug, as
if i hadn't seen him in years! "Olivia! I have missed
you loads! How have you been?" Dismissing his question, I
asked why everyone was pillied up outside the science block. His
responce was "Eh.. Apparently we are being put into end of
year target groups.." "Great"
Finally, Miss Booth, the head of science, came over with loads of
paper with certain peoples names on. As she called out your name
you had to make your way to the lab stated earlier. Pretty
straight forward, right? I still managed to be in the wrong
group. I found the right group i was meant to be in and before i
could find out who else i may know in the class, we were told to
go to our next lesson. Super.. A whole week of this, just to get
sorted into class groups.
Eventually the day was over. I slouched on the sofa and watched
Adventure Time, you're never too old to watch
cartoons.
*Alarm Clock Goes Off*
It's 7am, I will make an effort today for school! Hmm.. I
will wear my boyfriend jeans, with my favourite Superdry race
shirt and my ballet punps. Straight or curly hair?! Hmm..
Straight, I haven't had it straight in a while.
I grabbed my bag and met Dylan at the bus stop, the bus comes at
7:50, 10 minutes.
Dylan and I had a huge conversation on which is the best
superhero to play on Injustice until we arrived at school. Dylan
took me to my locker, i stuffed my bag in my locker and took out
my pencil case, timetable and planner. We then walked over to his
locker, he always has trouble opening his.. In the end we got it
open.
Science first lesson again!? Turns out i am in Lab 1 and Dylan is
in Lab 2.
I lined up outside the classroom door, our teacher, Mr Jack came
in and gave us a seating plan. Everyone moaned.
Mr Jack called out my name first and told me to sit on the very
middle table, he then called out the second name, Sam. He was the
most beautiful guy i had ever seen! His eyes, his half smirk..
Him. "Hi, you're Olivia, right?" I nervously reply
"Umm.. Y..Y..Yeah.." "Hi Olivia, you have really
nice blue eyes." I could have almost fainted there and
then.
*This is just a little thing
i wrote.. I might carry it on*
I am 15 and i like the idea of writing but i am not very good.. I
though i'd give it ago.. If you have any
feedback/advice/criticism ect. i'd love to hear it!
