Chapter Two

“You got Niall Horan’s number!?” Jess shouted, jumping up and down.
“I did,” I chuckled. “Should I text him?”
“YES!” she shouted, running over and getting my phone for me.
I laughed and put the number in my contacts.
“New message,” she said, pointing to it.
“I know how to text,” I said and she laughed, looking over my shoulder and jumping up and down a bit.
“What are you gonna text him?” she asked and I laughed.
“I’m gonna make him think,” I laughed, putting in some different letters.
Capital W and lowercase e-a-s-e-l
I sent the text and Jess laughed.
“What was that about?” she asked.
“He’ll know,” I chuckled and she shrugged.
We hung out, and about an hour later my phone beeped.
Jess literally jumped on it.
“It’s my phone,” I laughed.
“I don’t care,” she said, her blue eyes widening as she tried to unlock it. “Ugh,” she sighed. “I dunno your stinking password.”
“No crap you don’t,” I chuckled, taking my phone. “I don’t need you snooping through my phone.”
I unlocked my phone and recognized Niall’s number.
Izzy! Haha why are you making things complicated at this hour? ~Horan
It’s six o’clock at night… and how did you remember my name? ~Izzy
I remembered your eyes, sweetheart… the name just came to me ~Horan
So you like my eyes ;) ~Izzy
Only an idiot wouldn’t… they’re pretty. What’s up? ~Horan
Chillin with my best friend Jess… you? ~Izzy
Talking to a pretty girl and getting my butt whooped in FIFA by Harry ~Horan
How many pretty girls do you know eh? ~Izzy

After a few moments I got a new message.
So you’re the Izzy Niall won’t shut up about… ~Curly
I suppose haha ~Izzy
Haha how old are you? ~Curly
Sixteen… kinda young… you may wanna tell your Irish friend now ~Izzy
He don’t care… Age is just a number to him. He actually laughed when he heard you thought he needed to know ~Curly
Haha nice Niall… anyway… Kick his butt for me in FIFA haha talk to you guys later ~Izzy

No… I’m hungry and my phone’s gonna die. ~Izzy

“Does he like you?! Does he like you?!” Jess asked.
“No,” I said sarcastically. “He gave me his number and asked for my Twitter because he can’t stand me.”
“You’d be surprised,” she said and I laughed.
“What do you do when I’m not with you?” I asked and she laughed.
“You’re too young to know, you’re too young to know,” she said and I laughed.
“Seriously, though,” she said. “Can I read the texts?!”
“Fine,” I sighed and she laughed, taking my phone.
“I REMEMBERED YOUR EYES, SWEETHEART!? TALKING TO A PRETTY GIRL!? HE DIDN’T WANT YOU TO LEAVE!? IZZY DO YOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS!?” she shouted.
“That you’re high and need to show me where you hide everything you’ve been smoking!?” I asked and she rolled her eyes.
“Ha. Ha, very funny,” she said and I smiled. “Dude, he so likes you.”
“Maybe he does, maybe he doesn’t,” I said, feeling a bit of heat rise to my cheeks and forming an obvious blush. “I don’t know.”
“I do!” Jess shouted.
