So today I read a story about how
some lady wanted to exchange her items she bought because a gay
person rang them up for her. She said they were
"tainted." Seriously???? A lot of people believe being
gay is a sin because it says so in the bible. No, it doesn't.
It clearly states that a man shouldn't treat another man like
he would a woman. I don't interpret that as gay being a sin.
I interpret that as it being perfectly acceptable to be gay, you
just shouldn't treat a man like you would a woman, like
if he's gay he shouldn't expect his boyfriend
to stay home and clean, cook all the meals, or take care of the
family, like women were expected to back then. Both men should be
treated just like that, men. They should both be doing what men
do, one shouldn't expected to act like a woman. If he does,
so be it. Who cares? It's his choice. The same goes
for women too. One shouldn't be expected to act like a man,
and if one does, who cares? I just don't get the big
deal. Love is love, it doesn't matter what gender. Don't
let your unhappiness be the cause for you to ruin someone
else's. And just because I support gay marriage doesn't
mean i'm gay. I'm tired of people thinking that too.
I'm 100% straight. You don't have to be gay
to support gay marraige!! I just believe that
everyone deserves the chance to be happy and in love with whoever
they choose. It's their life, not yours. Is their being gay
going to effect you in any way??? I didn't think so.
