You know what?
You don't necessarily have to
be yelled at by a person
to feel like you're worthless and can't please
anyone.
Sometimes it's just the inflection of their voice,
or the unpleasant way you're glared at for a moment.
It might be a simple sigh of plain annoyance,
or the way you're brushed off like you don't matter.
But in the end it doesn't really make a difference,
because you can sense it one way or another.
You feel as if you've been yelled at even if you
weren't,
And you get the feeling that it would be easier
on some people if you weren't at all a part of their
lives.
It's really quite a nasty
feeling to experience...
But you know what
else?
It makes me wonder if I ever make other people feel that way.
If I could be the cause of someone feeling the
same as me.
If my words or actions ever make it seem to someone else
like I don't want them around me and would rather they just
left.
And it just makes me want to be more aware of what I do,
Because you never know when you are affecting someone else.
You never know if others feel like you're treating them
the exact same way that you absolutly hate being
treated.
