I think you should stop taking those pills. Well I usually don't eat much. I skip breakfast , no lunch at school , come home and eat some soup , then SOMETIMES I'll eat some dinner. I just get really full really fast. But it's not like I don't eat because I want to be skinny it's just the way I am. But on some days I'll Be really hungry I'll eat breakfast (French toast or something like that) then I'll eat in nutrition at school (hotcheetos and a Juice) then at Lunch I'll eat again (2 hot Cheeto bags) then I'll go home and eat again (soup) and then eat before dinner (junk food of course) and then eat dinner (whatever my mother makes that day) then I'll eat again around 11:00 pm ._. (chips or something like that) idk I'm weird sometimes I'm super hungry then sometimes I only eat once in the whole day. But yeah don't worry but I think you should stop taking the pills (:

Don't eat less than 1200 calories a day. Your body goes into starvation mode, and will save everything you eat and stor it as fat. If you're eating less than that then, you're not actually losing weight. My advice to you is that you have a small apitite then, that's you. I have a small apitite, and I know the feeling. I'm not on diet pills. So, if trying to lose weight then, good for you! It's absolutely fine you wanna lose weight just don't get to an unhealthy weight please. Good luck and have a good day :)
