Break down,
We all have those moments.
Memories that flash through our minds.
Some are good, and we laugh/smile instantly,
holding onto that precious thought.
Most are bad.
Nightmares that haunt our mind, even when we’re awake.
They make us sad, depressed, mad, confused.
I personally don’t like that moment,
where that one good memory turned into a regret.
When it’s stuck in our mind, we shed a tear,
warping into this state of mind where we become depressed.
Sometimes thinking of something else helps,
but I always remind myself, it’s never going to go away.
