Chapter Two- Ivy's
POV
I guess after running your legs give out and after crying you have
no more tears to cry. I don’t really remember much, all I
remember is what Ryder had asked me in homeroom, running &
crying, and someone following me. When I woke up I was somewhere I
had never seen before and I started panicking. I thought of all the
possibilities because well my favorite show is Criminal Minds.
Suddenly, Ryder walked into the room swiftly, but when he saw that
I was awake he blushed and said “s-sorry, I figured you were
still asleep.” I fakely laughed, confused about why I was
here. He must’ve noticed the confused look on my face because
he explained everything. I was still wondering why he of all people
helped me though? He told me I was just sitting in the middle of
the road passed out for some reason. He picked me up and drove me
back to his house and laid me in his bed.
When I realizied what time it was I got up and told Ryder to bring
me to the grave yard. He didn’t dare t question me. When we
got there I ran up to my mom, who was already there waiting. She
was already crying and I started crying with her. I felt a tap on
my shoulder and I was kind of creeped out at first wondering if I
should turn around, but I did anyways. I saw that I was Ryder, but
I didn’t understand while he was still here. By this point my
mom was kneeling on the ground touching my dad’s headstone
and I was just standing there staring like a complete idiot at the
boy who I’ve liked only for 3 years.
I collapsed into Ryder’s arm. At this point I didn’t
care about anything; I didn’t care if he wanted to be holding
me or not. He was holding me whether he liked it or not and I
wasn't letting go... at least not any time soon.
{Authors note: I'm so sorry for not writing
lately, but I've had a lot going on between school and the
holidays. Boring chapter... I know. just needed to get it out of
the way. Thanks for reading, I hope you like it, feeback
