I'm your height and almost 20lbs heavier than you. You're not fat. I WISH I was your weight. You're perfectly healthy. Don't worry about your weight. If you're set on losing weight, do it with exercise. Making yourself puke isn't the right way to do it. Please just rethink it.

Fiber. Get some food with fiber in it, it fills you up, Also work out if you want. (Which you really should anyway) How old are you?

whatever you do, dont throw up its just going to get you in a mess. it will hurt u more than you think, please just dont do it i hate to see people do this to themselves. i personaly just think that you shouldnt hurt yourself, its not going to make you feel better just worse. just try to eat healthy and not eat as much junk food, its hard i know but you have to start from somewhere right. this isnt all i have to say about it..............

Don't skip meals, that will make your metabolism slow down and make you gain weight, but that is not fat... I am 5'2 and I weigh 110-115 (I forget) Remember, muscle weighs more than fat <3
