Weight: 140-141 lbs
I don't think i'm at a healthy weight. I don't have a muffin top, but i'm a little 'jiggly' on my stomach and i'll admit my thighs aren't stick thin. I want to lose about 20 lbs. Do you think I should, or lose 10 lbs? This isn't for attention, I just want to get to the weight my friends are because when they're all sharing their weight, I feel depressed. Thanks

just like other people said do it for yourself not because other people say or think so. something else your only 12?? im turning in a few weeks, it feels good to help someone your age and i bet you can do it too, just think about the right path you have to go to, to get the way you want to be

If you don't think you're at a healthy weight then calculate your BMI and it tells you if you are under weight, normal weight, or over weight. :) again, do it for yourself! not for others.

dont you change just because of other people...change because you want to feel more confident...i changed because of others and i dropped too much too fast...soo tke it at ur own pace and only if in ur heart you want to do this for you and ONLY you
