Jess was talking to Josh on Twitter more and more. I still
didn't think anything of it. But whenever I tried to write a
message to her or phone her, something made me tear up the
postcard, turn off my iPhone or hang up the phone. I was getting
really antsy, but I was focussing on helping the boys, and I
thought Tuesday was pretty lonely without Desiree. The problem with
Jess kept me up at night, I didn't know what to do! All these
wild possibilities swirled round in my head until I sat up in bed
with a start, waking Liam up.
