Write love on your wrist(s) and/or wear yellow. Suicide is something that is very close to my heart. I’ve had to talk countless people out of it (even people I’ve never met before) and I’ve contemplated it far too often. I’ve thought about it multiple times. I’m always here for ANYONE who needs it.

Just let people know that you’re there for them, and realise that even one thing you say can push someone over the edge. And remember that suicide leaves people dead in more ways than one.
