You're beautiful. There's no need for you to sit and
cry. Or lay & cry. However it is that you cry.
There's no need for self harm. Here's what you need
to do. Wake up for school go straight to the kitchen, no not
for juice or soda but for a cup of water. Drink it, get more
& go to your room. In your room put on shorts/yoga
pants/sweats put on a muscle tee, put your hair up. DO NOT
LOOK IN THE MIRRIOR. Drink your water. Go to the kitchen eat
a GOOD breakfast. Don't you dare think about him/her.
Finish all of your breakfast. Brush your teeth, grab your
stuff & leave for school. Whether you take the bus or
not. If you have time walk slow. Take in the beauty. Look at
the sky. Enjoy life. Don't you dare think about him.
He'll only make it
