I need advice! 

So I have this boyfriend and we are happily inlove with each other and all. The thing is my family is hard core christian and my boyfriend is morman. My family, some disapprove, others don't care, and more make mean jokes about his being morman. I love him and they don't realize how much it hurts me to hear what they say. I fight for him in front of my family as much as I can. 
How do I get them to stop saying the mean things that hurt without hurting any of them?

Thank you! You did help. It is just that with some of my family they are strong set in their ways and have no room for change in their life.

Tell them that you love this boy, and that he makes you happy. Tell them that if he makes you happy thats all they should worry about, and it hurts when they say these comments.
