Good luck, but you'll have to do a heck of a lot more than sit ups and jogging to lose 30 pounds in less than a month. Its near impossible.
To lose weight you need to focus on your diet as well. You can do as much exercise as you want, but if you dont eat right, you wont lose weight.

That's so weird cuz just today I was thinking tht I should do the same thing by September 4. Except more like 15 pounds. I really really hope u succeed. Even though your beautiful either way.

Exercise ideas:
go siwmming, get your friends together for game of basketball (we use the courts at the local primary school because they have no gate :P) go for a jog around the block, ask your mum if you can walk to the shop for her.. Take up pilates you can use my fave site.! www.blogilates.com (I adore cassey even if she's a bit of a bimbo ;)). Join a Gym, find a club, PLAY WITH YOUR SIBLINGS OUTDOORS. (everyone loves backyard cricket..? Or am I just too Australian?) Go to the park! Go for a bushwalk. If you get out more not only do you lose weight and get fitter you also meet new people and become generally more interesting.
but let me make this clear.
YOU WILL NOT LOSE 30 POUNDS IN A MONTH. That's roughly like.. Fifteen kilos! Mate,I've been on a journey of weightloss and fitness for six months and ove only lost about 14 pounds! (Though I have gained some good habits and muscle..) YOU NEED TO FIND A MORE ATTAINABLE GOAL.
DONT DRINK SOFT DRINK
DRINK WATER OR TEA WITH NO MILK OR SUGAR IF YOU HAVE TO.

I have the same problem as you! I need to lose 30 pounds by September 4th! & I HAVE NO CLUE HOW. This sucks. -.-

losing 30 lbs in less than a month is terribly unhealthy. Work out and eat healthy until you reach a weight that you look good at and feel comfortable with. But don't starve yourself or overwork because it just causes injury. Lose the weight over several (at least 4-5) months and stay healthy. Good luck.
