Starving yourself does NOT help. It's horrible fo you and your health, and your self-esteem. If you really want to lose weight, do it healthily. Eat healthy: a balanced diet, with all food groups, and make sure that you get all the nutrients you need. (Yet another bad side affect of anorexia is malnutrition; it causes all sorts of health problems and can even lead to death.) Also, make sure to control portion sizes and don't over-eat. But, that doesn't mean not to eat at all! Also, along with a diet, exercise is very important in losing weight. Running/jogging, push-ups, crunches, sit-ups, swimming, dance, sports, there are so many things you could do. So if you really want to lose weight, do it healthily! Please don't starve yourself! Although, I'm sure you're beautiful just the way you are:) Good luck gorgeous! :)

Don't do that. It doesn't help. You still have to eat your regular meals. Do you watch tv a lot? Well if you do, every comercial do like 25 crunches or do five after your stomach starts to hurt. Dont stop this bc eventually u will lose weight. Works for me. And lay on the floor flat and move your legs as if you were riding a bike. Do that until a few minutes after they begin to hurt. it helps, trust me

Eating less will actually cause you to gain weight because your stomach will shrink & your body will try to hold any nutrients it can, causing you to become bloated. In order to lose weight, you have to keep your metabolism going, so have frequent healthy snacks. Stay beautiful (:
