Chapter 2
I looked towards Amanda and shook my head, with big eyes. She looked ant me, shrugged her shoulders and mouthed What? He's cute!!  I shook my head. 'Would you like to introduce yourself more?' Mr. Jackson asked Felix. He nodded but continued looking towards the ground. 'I'm Felix Jones, I moved here from Virginia, parents are divorced and I like food.' We all laughed, and whispers of Haha! He likes food! Like Niall! and But.. he's not fat.. circled the room. Felix asked Mr. Jackson where he should sit and he pointed next to me. As soon as he saw me his eyes got.. sparkly? They almost glowed.. I was confused. He came and sat down next to me and Mr. Jackson told us to pick groups for some orientation project. Of course Elizabeth, Amanda and I grouped in the first 6 seconds. 'Hey! Let;s ask the new boy!' Amanda said. I shook my head. 'How about not?' I whispered, hoping he couldnt hear me. 'Ooh shush!' She walked over to where he was still sitting and tapped his shoulder. 'Wanna join our group?' she asked. He shook his shoulders and followed her back towards our group. Mr. Jackson came around and gave each group a roll of toilet paper. 'So guys! Go ahead and pick as MANY pieces of toilet paper as you want!' We passed the toilet paper around and each ripped off 5-20 pieces of toilet paper. 'Okay! Everyone have some?' We all nodded. 'Count up how many you have, share it with the group. When your group is done, raise your hand, i'll come over and explain what to do next.' I counted up my pieces. '6' I said. '2' said Elizabeth. '4' said Amanda. '26..' said Felix. We all looked at him. 'Wow, you like toilet paper, huh?' I said smiling. He nodded. Amanda raised her hand and soon enough Mr. Jackson came around. 'Okay, so we have no more time right now, but tomorrow you have to say one fact about yourself for every piece of toilet paper you have.' We all looked at Felix and he hit himself in the head. 'Ice pops.' he muttered. I smiled, right as the bell rang.
As Amanda, Elizabeth and I walked out of the classroom, Felix grabbed my shoulder. 'Hey.. Umm I am new here and I was wondering if you could give me a tour around town sometime..' I smiled. 'Sure. Here gimme your hand.' He stuck his hand out and I wrote down my number, turned around and walked away, as I left singing:
Hey I just met you,
and this is CRAAZY,
but here's my number,
so call me maybe.
