You don't say anything, what you need to do is spend every waking minute with them. Make there last moments on earth the best they've ever had don't let them spend them crying of course its sad but one time I seen this movie where a man only had a few weeks to live and he gave himself 10 minutes every morning to cry and that's it because really there life isn't over. Now they get to look forward to Heaven :)
