As you all know, yesterday was Fathers Day. Well, my Fathers Days are a little different than most kids. Instead of being able to laugh with him and give him gifts and hug him, my sister, brother, mother and I sat by my dad's grave with balloons, flowers and cards and talked to him for hours. Yes, it was Fathers Day, but it was also his birthday. He would've been 36 years old yesterday. It's hard to believe he's gone, it gets harder and harder everyday, but somehow we get by. i guess its knowing that we will be with him again one day and until then, he's in heaven watching and protecting us. He was a great dad, friend, husband, son, brother and man. He was too young to die, still had his whole life ahead of him, but he's in a better place. <3
