I lost a friend last year.. Yesterday was a year. I lost her to suicide, she took her own life because of what people said to her.
I've been bullied, I know what it's like to feel alone, I know what it's like to never feel good enough, pretty enough, smart enough, to feel like everything you do is a mistake. I know what it's like to wonder what you did to deserve all this pain.
I know what it's like to self harm. I know what it's like to be depressed. I know what it's like to want to kill myself.
Take a stand, stand up for someone. Smile at someone random in the hall. You never know what someones feeling.
