It's offical I shall be going to start a diet, a diet were I do not eat ANYTHING!

don't do that it's torture!!! Do 10 sit-ups a day and add in some extra veggies and cut out some sweets, trust me it works wayyyyy better!

No, you need to eat something. When you don't eat, it doesn't make you thinner instantly. it takes a WHILE. & you can become addicted to it eventually. So eat, and exercise :)

Not eating actually makes you gain weight because your body produces extra proteins to keep you going
