Reasons why One Direction UK should not change their name:
1. One Direction US were not happy over the fact that One Direction UK have the same name as them but they were happy to share the profits. WTF
2. One Direction cannot change their band name to The Brooke. The name is horrible and when shortened it becomes TB - a common disease.
3. Pigeons receive more recognition than the US One Direction. #KevinFTW
Considering the US 1D have less fans and have minimal success, they should have to change their name. Not the band breaking world records.

I also live in the us and before One direction sold their songs on itunes I got the people from the us.They arent popular and they do have the right to sue but the ones from the us are changing it so its all good they will be known as The Brooke.
