Love struck I lay their, in the soft, green grass,
A drop of rain or a glimmer of glass?
His eyes are as blue as the ocean sea,
He’s eyes are glistening as he’s looking at me.
He holds my hand up very high,
And says he’s proud he has me this near by.
His whisps of hair tickle my face,
I hold my breath as he speaks, his voice cannot be replaced.
Laughter cheers me for hours on end,
Then I see that old friend.
