There's
always those boys that you can never
forget.You know what
I mean, Those boys that you met somewhere, somehow, someway and
everytime you see them or hear their name, you don't know what
to do with yourself. sometimes your friends don't know anything
about them and other times they just laugh. but it happens.
I've had plenty of boys like that in my life and I can name a
few right off the top of my head; Taylor, Frank & Anthony .
they are my most known ones. & they all practicaly stole a
piece of my heart at one time or another. We'll start with
Taylor.
Taylor was that boy that people knew, but not many talked to. he
was that boy who didn't have such a great family life and was
an only child. He had blonde hair that went past his ears, bright
blue eyes and faint freckles. We were best friends in fourth grade
and everyday after school, we would race off of the bus and down
the block to see who could make it to the old alley with the
beagles in it first. He always let me win. He would give me a
cupcake once a month and I would give him a brownie. I still
remember what he said to me one day when we were walking the rest
of the way home and it was snowing out;
"that snowflake in your hair looks really pretty..."
I could live off that line for months. At the end of fourth grade,
Taylor told me that he was moving. I nodded and said ok and we just
continued playing tag. I remembered the day he moved, I cried. he
was practicaly one of my best friends, and I never saw him again
after that. I never knew where he moved to, I never remembered his
last name. I didn't remember anything.
Frank is next. Frank was the new kid not to long ago. That tall,
blonde kid who would crack jokes at the most random times to make
me laugh and always gave me his dazzeling smile. He was the one who
sat next to me in both math & history and would always have
something to say. Frank was the one who wore a tie to school on the
first day, when nobody else ever does. He was on the football team
and i remember, he had just gotten in a really bad fight with his
dad because they had lost the game and i was painting a little
girls face for a fundraiser. When he started to walk to the locker
room, i looked over and waved and said " You did great,
Frank" he smiled and said thanks. The next Monday in math, he
had told e that what i had said was the highlight of his night.
After a while, Frank got into some trouble and wasn't allowed
to go to my school for a few months and i was heartbroken. i had
really liked him. Not to long ago, i saw him. He was riding a bike
with his father. How did i know it was him? That smile. That
genuine smile. Not to long after that, soe people said he was
re-enroling in the school, and i can't even lie about the fact
that i'm excited.
Anthony is next. He was that sweet, southern boy, who loved his
little brother, football, and running. He was always there to make
me feel special, always. he would say " there's this girl
that i like. She looks alot like you, has the same color hair and
eyes. she even has you're name. she acts a lot like you. Maybe
you know her?" and would smile at me. later to find out, that
girl was me. We seemed to have something great and he always had my
heart. He always did, and always will.
And i'm not saying that all of this was love, because it
wasn't. it wasn't even close. it was just... those special
boys that were always there for me and whom i could trust anything
with. and to this day, i would never, ever, change any of
it.
Thank you for reading all of
this:)
