I need help....
you know how when you're angry and you're with another friend, you say things about the friend you're mad at because you just need to blow off steam, and half the time, the stuff you say isn't true. Well i do that a lot, and now two of my best friends are telling each other what i say about them behind their backs, but the things i say, are said out of anger, and hurt, and when you say these things to you're friend, you do it out of trust that they won't go behind you're back and tell each other. But, obviously that's not how my friends are. I just need some help on what to do. Every five minutes i feel like i'm going to brake down crying.

Actualy Singyourheartout i am her best friend and as she said it was out of wasn't out of spite it was out of anger and frustration. Talking behinde someones back is extremely hurtful whether its true or you're just blowing off steam. That's what we were trying to impress upon you.

If they were your best friends, they wouldn't do that. Talk it through with them and if they still don't understand, they don't deserve to be your friends. Got it? :)
