Prologue
I look at myself in the mirror. Why couldn't I be as pretty as everyone else? Everyone said the only reason I didn't think I was pretty was because I was me. I knew they were just saying that. Especially since it was my two best friends and my parents. I never really said it to them, they just came right out and said it, probably because when I pass a mirror I wince. Visibly. I shake my head lightly and walk to my room to get ready for school. It was the first day of my Sophmore year. No one liked me, and last year was tough, but more people talked to me. Well, this was going to be fun.
