1. Draw a butterfly on your wrist or have a family member draw a
butterfly on your wrist using a marker or pen.
2. Name the butterfly after a loved one (family member or
friend)
3. If you cut the butterfly, it dies. If you let it fade, it lives.
If you have more than one butterfly, cutting one will kill all of
the butterflies
*The purpose of this is to stop cutting. If you do not cut, you can
still do this in support of those who cut to help them end the
cutting.
