The simplest things remind me of you. Songs, and pictures are the most obvious. But other things too. The scars on my wrist, the scars on my heart. Certain places we've been too. Certains things you use to say to me. The color of your eyes, that beautiful half smile you use to do. The way you chuckle at jokes, The way your hair fell infront of your eyes, perfectly messy. Your hugs, how they kept me safe. The way your heartbeat picked up when we hugged, my head on your chest. That plaid jacket you always wear, the way long sleve shirts look on you. Your faded scars. They're beautiful to me, it shows that you're a survivor. The way you sing. The way your eyes light up when you're telling a funny story. Everything and anything about you, even your imperfections meant so much to me. You're perfectly imperfect. I wish you would have stayed. Even though you resent me, I miss my boo.
