to try and be my mother again?
You have been gone for two years. Maybe not physically, but you
weren't there for me like a mother should be. I learned to
do things for myself, and not to rely on you. I learned to
trust my instinct and do why I thought was right. I have
learned to deal with your bipolar attitudes and when to stay
away. I became a mother to my sibilings and they respected me
in the same way. So the next time you ask me,
"are you their mother?"
I'm going to reply
"No, but you have made me that
way."
