Theres so many people out there with so much to say, but they never do. 
suicide, anger, regret.
thats what"keeping things inside" does.
everyone needs a friend to turn to.
someone to trust and talk to.
I think we all need to wake up & realize
what we say, what we do,
the looks we give, the choices we make
effects others lives more then we know.
