you should take a shower every day that doesnt always mean useing soap becasue it drys ur skin out but use like a heathy body wash and as for your hair you should only wash that once a week becasue when you put the shampoo and conditioner on your stripping away the natural oils and if you say ur hair gets greesy or dry then its becasue you should wet your hair everyday to keep it nice and hyrdated...and if you thnk im leiing lol im not cuz i take cosmetology in school just trying to be helpful:)

i shower every other day. if i didn't my hair would be wicked dry all the time. juts like lovelisejess37 said taking one every other day is more healthy for your skin and hair.

taking a shower daily i not good for your skin or your hair. Our bodies produce natural oils that it needs to be healthy. Showering every other day is much more healthy.

well, there may be 247,529 people on this site but many people don't really go on here often and some people could've unofficaly left so the % of people that don't take a shower everyday wouldn't be to accurate. just saying
