If it's just the one issue with him constantly wanting to make out, don't make a big deal out of it to him, just be straightforward & honest,(but not dramatic) & tell him that you're uncomfortable with kissing him in front of other people. Be direct- boys will get confused easily if you stray from the meaning of the message & not understand.
