Invisible but Invincible
Chapter 27d
“How’d you know?” she asked, clearly shocked.

I joked, “Well I have twin telepathy with my brother and.  Just kidding, I just kinda thought that if you were down there for that long he had something important to ask you and that was really the first thing one would think of after thinking that.”

“Touché,” she laughed.

I asked, “So, what do you wanna do?”

“Anything.  It is your house after all,” she looked at me trying to make me choose.

“But you’re the guest,” I countered.

She finally replied, “True.  Maybe we could go on the trampoline or maybe walk Ebony or I dunno.”

“How about trampoline first and then walk Eb second?” I asked.

“Okay cool, that’s fine,” she smiled.

“Sweet!  So, shall we?” I exclaimed.

We flew down the stairs and out the back door.  No one was on the trampoline so we had it all to ourselves.  But I was wondering where Jason might be.

(Austin’s P.O.V)

I rang Tiff and Tay’s doorbell and I thought Tay would answer the door but Tiffany did.  I gave her a quick peck on the lips and moved on to see where Tay was.  He was of course in the living room, but watching Spongebob which I did not expect.

“So, wanna talk about tryouts then?” I started the conversation, but then Roni and Tiff walked in so he didn’t really get the chance to reply.

“Hey baby,” I greeted Tiff once she hopped on my lap.

She smiled the smile that I love as she replied, “Hello there stud,” which of course made me smile.

We hadn’t gone on our first date yet so I assumed that it would be a good time to ask, “Wanna go on our first official date tomorrow night?”

She joked by saying, “Let me check my schedule.”

It looked as if I needed to pull out my puppy dog eyes.  “Pwetty pwease?”

She replied, “Of course there’s nothing else I would rather do.”

I decided that I would keep our date spot a secret because I had a special idea for our first formal date.  I was going to use the rooftop of my uncle’s restaurant and have a dinner up there and then we have a spectacular view of the city and I would have him serve us a vegetarian entrée; probably eggplant parmesan because that’s kind of one of his specialties.  I answered, “Excellent! So I’ll pick you up at six o’ clock but where we’re going is a secret.” There was no way I would tell anyone about my plans for our amazing first date.
