well, what about me? don't i deserve a best friend, too?
where's the people that are going to be there for me, no
matter how embarrassing or bad? where's my future brides
maids and my maid of honor? where are the friendship bracelets
that took only five minutes to make, but a lifetime to prove?
what happened to a lifetime of friendship, from that one person
that is a sister, a family member, a random girl, a girl
that cares, who is my best friend? I used to have a best friend.
but she abandoned me whenever i needed help. when i needed help,
she let me down. she didn't 'come running' she never
knew. i doubt that she even cared. it was so wrong. but i know
that i have friends that i can count on. i know we aren't
complete best friends because i can't tell them all my
secrets. but they are a group that cares. and i guess, that
it's that those people who care, are good enough for
me.
