Grace and Mat later returned and Grace
couldn't be smiling bigger. She told Mat
something then walked over to me.
"Ohmygosh! Mat asked me out!" She squealed. I smiled
and managed to choke out, "Yay! I'm happy for you!"
She crossed her arms and looked at me with a stern look,
"Rein, What's the matter?" I looked at her and
whispered, "I'll tell you later." She accepted my
answer and went back to her seat and continued to read her
magazine. A couple minutes later, Mat came over and carried Grace
into the pool. I saw Blake watching them too and
he saw me looking at him. He winked at me and went back to
water basketball. I slowly turned back to Mat and Grace and saw
Mat trying to kiss her on the forehead. Grace's
tan face turned bright red. That finally brought tears
to my eyes. So, I grabbed my things and made my way back to the
house. Halfway there I heard someone call my name. I turned
around finding Blake about 10ft away. "Hey? Where are
you going?"
"Back inside" "Why? I saw
you about to cry. What's the matter."
"It's....complicated" I slowly said. "Oh, well
if you need me, I'm here." I nodded and turned back
around.
