The McDonald's McSalad or whatever they might call it actually has more calories than than the standard hamburger. Big Mac has like 550 ish calories give or take a few, and a completely dressed chicken Caesar salad from Micky D's has like 450 ish.

The only time McDonald's salads don't contain as much fat and as many calories as their greasy burger competitor is when there's nothing on it. Not cheese, not dressing, not croutons, not meat.

Only lettuce leaves.

i ordered a salad... i didnt know what the menu meant cuz i dont usually go to mcdonalds.. so i just ordered the salad that they said had no meat on it.
They had fritos on it for extra flavor. like instead of crutons they had fritos.
thats what i get for trying to be healthy
