I think that you should kiss him, i was scared to have my first kiss too, but once i did it gave me more butterflies then i could ever imagine, go fer it and you wont regret it :)

well if you like him then kiss him if your ready . but if not then dont .. a kiss isnt that bad though so i woulld go for it and obviously you like him if you get butterflies SO I WOULD GIVE HIM A KISS :) hope i helped

if you're not ready, you shouldn't kiss, but it will happen when you want it to. trust me, it's something to be nervous about, and when you're kissing, you can't think.
