Today is the day I would've called you while you were at
work... you'd be so tired, so many customers coming in and
out...
We'd talk about how fireworks were still going off at night... and
how you were too tired to watch them, but could hear them right out
your window.
I'd stay in with you, only to hear your voice, because it was the
best moment of my day/week/month/year/life.
I wonder if you thought about me today.

well i dont know if this is directed at anyone but if it just so happens to me.. i did think of you.. all day. i thought of how i hated not being there with you as i watch each couple walk in and out. i thought of you when i was on break as i watch all the couples sit and watch the fireworks together.. i think of you more than you think of me.. i know this to be the truth
